We have listened to patient concerns that pharmacy appointments were confirmed as AM or PM, requiring you to wait in unnecessarily.

Patients will now receive a text message (see example below) confirming a specific time. We will aim to call you as close to that time as possible but within a maximum 2 hour window of that time.

We have booked you a telephone call with the practice Pharmacist on (Date) at (Time) Please be advised that although a time has been given the call will be within a two hour window of the time given.
