Part Time/Full Time based in Marlow/Lane End

An enthusiastic and experienced receptionist is required to join our dedicated and friendly team providing high standards of service to our patients. An excellent telephone manner, strong customer service skills, good IT skills, attention to detail and the experience of working in a busy multi-tasking environment are all essential requirements of this role.

Previous GP surgery experience is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided. The successful candidate will need to have a flexible working approach and be able to work over 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) with a mixture of 8.00am starts and 6.30pm finishes.

Health Care Assistant – full/part time based at Marlow & Lane End Surgery

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and friendly Health Care Assistant to join our large and busy nursing team delivering high quality patient care in Marlow.

You must be a well organised individual with previous experience as a healthcare assistant (in particular phlebotomy); have excellent communication and time management skills and have experience of clinical IT systems.

Reception Manager – Full Time 37 hours per week

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic and service-orientated professional to lead a busy Reception Team in our large, friendly and progressive GP practice.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of all reception staff and relevant tasks in accordance with agreed procedures, protocols and time-scales.

The doctors, nurses and all our other staff at the Marlow Medical Group are dedicated to providing a professional service and aim to deliver the highest quality healthcare to all patients. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and proactive candidate for the position of Reception Manager to further enhance our patient services. The team is well established and the successful candidate must have a sound knowledge of general practice procedures or previous supervisory experience in a similar environment. In addition a good understanding of patient confidentiality and data protection, excellent communication and IT skills and the ability to work flexible hours (ranging from 7.00am starts to 6.30pm finishes) are all required.

Working closely with the Patient Services Manager you will be expected to contribute ideas and take responsibility for the smooth running of the reception area ensuring excellent customer service at all times and promoting a professional image of the surgery.
