Following a reorganisation of our management team we are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Operations Manager to specialise in Human Resource Management and Training, Management of Premises and Health and Safety.
Previous experience of working in HR is essential and GP practice management is preferred.
The post is full time and based in Marlow over five days a week with the requirement to attend other sites as needed.

Full Time based in Marlow (mixture of 8.30 starts and 18:00 finishes over 5 days)
An enthusiastic administrator is required to join our dedicated and friendly team. This role involves reading all paper and electronic correspondence related to patients, accurately coding relevant information and determining which member of the team needs to read and action the letter. Good IT skills and attention to detail are essential requirements for this role. The successful applicant will need to be self-motivated and work well under pressure. They will also need to show they have an understanding of coding in Healthcare.
Previous GP surgery experience is essential. Full training will be provided and you will be required to successfully complete all relevant training. The successful candidate will need to have a flexible working approach and work well on own in a demanding environment.
