Vulnerable patients and those concerned about their ability to access food, medication and other resources should see Chapter 5 of our Coronavirus FAQs entitled “Help for Vulnerable Patients”. If you submit a query that is answered in our FAQs section you may not receive a response.
You can use this form to ask a Nurse a question about the nursing services we provide or for advice. Your question will be passed to an appropriate member of staff for a response. We aim to respond to all questions within two working days.
We do not offer online booking of nurses’ appointments because we provide a wide range of nursing services and the appointment times and clinical staff who provide these services vary. Please call the appointments line on 01628 484666 and our receptionists will be able to book you in to the most appropriate clinic.
