If you take regular medication please book a medication review at the earliest opportunity so we can set up any required repeat medications. 

You can request a Medication Review appointment via our patient system Klinik. Go to our website:

  • Click on the Start Now button, top right just under our logo
  • Click that you are registered and continue
  • Click on the box called Medication requests/queries
  • Then select the box called I have been asked to book a medication review

We recommend you register for on-line services which will enable you to book some appointments (such as blood test or health checks), request medication, see a summarised view of your medical record and check test results.
