Practice Director, Sarah Deeks

The Practice Director works alongside the Managing Partner and Practice Manager to help facilitate the smooth running of the practice.

With 20 years experience as a Practice Manager herself, the Practice Director assists with niche developments and service enhancements within the surgery.

Practice Manager, Victoria

The Practice Manager manages all of the business aspects of the Practice such as making sure that the right systems and the right people are in place, at the right time, in order to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises, equipment and IT (information technology). The Practice Manager supports the Admin Team, GPs and other medical professionals to deliver patient services and also helps to develop extended services, enhancing patient experience and care.

Care Navigator (previously known as Receptionist)

Care Navigators (Previously known as Receptionists) have a range of ‘day to day jobs’ in our practice. Their role is to actively listen and signpost people to sources of help, advocacy and support, and to help people play an active role in managing their own health. They also welcome patients and visitors at the Reception desk, answer the telephones and any inquiries, schedule appointments, keep appointments running on schedule and assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.

Patient Services Officer, Maggi Dunn

Responsible for dealing with all patient concerns within the practice including handling complaints, acting on feedback and praise and supporting our patients on how best to use our patient systems and resolve issues as well as maintaining all policies related to patients.  Maintains the practice media presence (website and Facebook), promoting topics of interest to our patients and works with local community groups and the Patient Participation Group on how we can improve practice policies and processes to better support patients.

Digital Champion: Raymond

Improves uptake of digital tools by assisting patients  to use the software tools used at the practice such as our patient e-consultation system Klinik and the NHS App.   Raymond can help patients register and set up the NHS App, show patients how to use our apps, answer any questions or resolve issues. Patients can simply drop into to see our Digital Champion at our Marlow Reception during our morning and afternoon clinics: Monday to Friday 8.30-11.30am and 2.30-4.00pm (except for Friday from 2.30-3.30pm).  A timed telephone appointment can also be requested via our Reception team.

Admin Staff

The administration team are responsible for processing reports, letters and results received from outside organisations as quickly and efficiently as possible whilst adhering to current policies.  We respect patient confidentiality and privacy. They also manage the practice IT, compliance and finance.
